OUR RESTAURANT
The restaurant at The Horse & Jockey is conveniently located away from the bar in the former stables adjoining the pub. Soft music, candlelight and a family-friendly atmosphere awaits you for a relaxed dining experience.
Our Head Chef, Trevor Hopwood, and his super culinary team offer an extensive menu which is locally sourced and produced whenever possible. Alongside our main menu, we also have a specials menu which changes daily, so we really do have something for everyone!
Restaurant Opening Hours
Monday - Sunday:
12 noon - 2pm | 6pm - 9pm
If you would like to book a party or special occasion, please give us a call. We do advise booking a table, especially over the weekend.
Please note: We do not allow dogs in the restaurant, but they are more than welcome in the bar!

Our Bars
We are lucky to have a cozy traditional snug bar, as well as a large main bar which offers live sports from Sky Sports and BT Sport, as well as a pool table and an extensive range of beers, wines, spirits and cocktails.
A large selection of food is also available in both bars, as well as outside in the courtyard.
Note: On Sundays, food is served in the bar from 12pm-9pm.
